The Confidence Course

Many of you may have heard of Tapping, EFT or the Emotional Freedom Technique. It’s a wonderful body-mind tool that can work at clearing lots of different kinds of issues. Here is a lovely little ‘mini course’ for you to try that will teach you how to use Tapping to improve your confidence. Stay with it, and enjoy the process!

Permaculture

Applying permaculture principles in real life can seem a bit overwhelming, but the truth is that we start where we are. Here you will see how I pulled them together and applied them to my own space.  

I’m sharing this with you as I genuinely believe that Permaculture is a wonderful pathway that can lead to a more spiritually based, natural lifestyle that nourishes on all levels – like it’s practical every day kind of spirituality and it can be introduced, in both big ways and via small measured steps.
